I chose Dell for my new Laptop, which i bought in January, because of their promise of a ''Next Business Day On Site Service''. Although it cost me extra, i mistakenly took them at their word, because my Business cannot afford to be without this laptop for more than one day...
So, my hard drive crashed on Friday, i reported the problem early on, and was promised that 'someone' will be here 'sometime during the day', on Monday. It is now 18:30, and although i received a phone call this morning with the same promise, NOBODY has arrived... and NOBODY has called me to inform me that they wont be able to make their promise, or make alternative arrangements. Why in the world, if they know they have too many visit for one technician, dont they send out two technicians?
I am utterly disgusted with the lack of service and the breach of contract by Dell.
