I logged a call with Dell on Monday, 6th January. Call centre assured me a technician will be sent to my home address the following day (7 January). Technician has not called and i am still waiting. called Dell 0860 103 017 (option 3) yesterday, spoke to wilson but he could not help as they can not make calls to technicians, so i must wait. Was promised that my laptop will be repaired im24hrs and its not, shocking service.
