I have an iburst account only used by my elderly mother.
EVERY month there is 30gig remaining on the account at the end of the month.
Last week Vox send me an invoice for R1000 stating that in August a service called "dragonfly" was used to buy 24 hours uncapped bandwidth for consecutive nights.
I queried this with the billing department as only I have the login details to iburst yet it seems Vox are invoicing me for something I neither ordered nor used.
They failed to supply log files and now decided to debit my account for this fee in the middle of the month!
