The Cartridge Onestop - Zero Customer Service

Handed in artwork for business cards on 17 April 2013. Today is 22 May and still it has not been done with no follow up or feedback from the Cartridge Onestop Wilrogate as to why. When you phone eventually to follow up they have thousand excuses, not to mention the bad attitude. On an email received I was told its not a excuse its reality. I was told it will only take a week to ten days to complete. Its been over a month now. I would not recommend anyone to use this shop as apparently they do not need the public for business.
