Non Delivery of Laser Bought Thru GROUPON

On 4th December last year (2012) I paid R499 for a laser cartridge for my printer. This was supposed to be half price. It turned out to be a very expensive cartridge, because to this day I have not received it. I have sent 2 emails to Groupon already with absolutely no outcome - not even a contact. After my first email I received a link to rate their service!! :)) WHERE IS MY CARTRIDGE??? What a ripoff.
