I have a printing company in Edenvale, Gauteng. I have all HP Printers, but the one that is a problem is the HP 6040 which requires a Image Transfer Kit part no CB463A. I am told that there is no stock in the country, how is this possible? How am I suppose to run a business if I cannot get parts for my machine within a day?
