--- Unless HP don't have the parts in stock.
--- Or the box that the part is supposed to be in turns out to be empty.
--- And the technician can't connect wires properly.
--- Maybe the replacement part is faulty
--- Or even if the technician can't re-assemble the laptop correctly.
Call was logged on the 26th of September. Next business day is the 27th. It's now the 7th of October. So far HP haven't even managed next Business WEEK!
The technician has been scheduled to come out FOUR times and I have to make myself available and sit and wait while they dig around in my machine.
I have asked that the call be escalated.
I have asked that someone from HP call me.
Nothing.
How useless is their system that they can't even pick up that there is a problem and CALL ME!
