I have 2 devices using SIM cards - one is a cell phone (a device for receiving & making phone calls) & the other is a tablet with no voice capability but can receive & send SMS's & connect to the Internet.
I have made a number of complaints via your website and had interactions with the supplier or their customer care dept. When you have finished with the main body of the complaint there are 2 boxes one must fill in - first is "YOUR ACC/POLICY OR ID NO" and "MOBILE PHONE NUMBER" and I would assume that this mobile phone number would also be passed on to the supplier because under it it says:
"I understand that my details (name, contact number and email address) will be exposed ONLY to the supplier concerned, and ONLY if the supplier is a subscriber (Company Who Responds)."
However this is not the case - the number passed on is my tablet number which I used when I originally registered. If you recall at the beginning I stated: "the other is a tablet with no voice capability but can receive & send SMS's & connect to the Internet." so with them using a no reply SMS no & me not getting calls - I'm highly peed off.
Please pass on the number on the complaint!
