I ordered a Canvas print from Groupon last year, advertised by Bubbins SA. First the advertisement on Groupon was wrong, which stated 9 10x10 individual prints, which in fact should have been 1 canvas with 9 10x10 photo's printed on it.
After that was cleared with Tenille from Bubbins, I confirmed that she could send me the canvas print and I resend my photo's to her. I received an email on the 16th of January stating that my tracking number would be sent on the 21st of January. I did not receive any tracking number. The email address that Tenille used in the beginning ain't working anymore, all emails are returned. I found Bubbins website on the Internet, and the contact number listed is on voice mail only and you cant leave a voice message as the voice box is full.
When I did a google search I see a lot of people were taken for a ride by Bubbins SA, as various complaints were listed on HelloPeter under either Groupon or Bubbins SA and various other complaints also listed on facebook.
I just feel when is Groupon gonna do something about this? Should they not have done a type of supplier check? This bubbins place clearly took/ a lot of money from a lot of people!
