I took in my iPod for repair of power button. Received it not properly fixed as power button, volume buttons, and earphone Jack were sticking. Took it in a second time only to have the power button fail again after a couple of days. Took it in a third time where I was told two days later it is finally being assessed and that it looks like some other damage may have occurred. I suspect damage to the product during the "repair" process as evidence of incorrect reassembly was evident after the first and second "repairs". It sounds as though they are trying to cover up their mistakes by blaming the product. Surely if you repair a power button it shouldn't affect the earphone jack or the volume buttons. The "repairs"also affected and diminished the effectiveness and sensitivity of the touch screen. Quite frankly I expect to either receive a repaired product or a replacement.
