I ordered from groupon for a birthday present for my girlfriend. It was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks, i phoned last week thursday as it was supposed to be delivered and they said it is with the courier service and will arrive tomorrow (last friday), nothing arrived so i phoned on monday and then was told that there was a problem with the item and it was sent out late but i can expect it within 5 to 7 working days...
I would like to know how it went from being at the courier service to suddenly still not sent out yet.
And then today i phoned to find out what is happening and ive been told that they not sure where my package is... And someone will get back to me today but im still waiting for that to happen...
