Hi Peter and team. A HUGE thank you for this excellent website where we as Consumers finally have a voice. In a lot of cases if it wasn't for the site, none of our complaints would ever be addressed / resolved. On another note please look at taking off Col'cacchio off as a client who responds. It seems their last two responses were dated 31 Oct 2012 and 3 Jan 2013? Once again the job you do is AMAZING and invaluable.
