My family and I arrived at Col'cacchio, the place was packed, they seemed short staffed. We waited 15 minutes by the door as waiters just walked past ignoring us, eventually, the manager came down and seated us. Our drinks arrived and our glasses and menus were so sticky, we asked the waitress for a wet cloth and got the response "we don't have anything like that here". She could have easily offered to take to glasses to the kitchen to wipe them or even brought a cloth to our table, but no. After her reply, she disappeared for 30mins, so we ordered, ate, payed and left. After snobby responses and having waited that long, the experience wasn't exactly awful, but it wasn't exactly great either.
