We returned to our office environment of the wonderful Lynnwood Bridge to be greeted by the smiling Colin de Jongh again. A friendly and competent fellow who kept working while we were all away having our splendid Christmas holidays. We learnt that he was awarded acknowledgement and we wish that we had been party to that, HOWEVER here we are, now registered on Hello Peter. We believe in giving feedback as this IS what sets the standards and upholds them, Colin has been amazing from the opening of Lynnwood Bridge and he has made it a pleasure to dine there - BESIDES the amazing excellent quality of food that is upheld. He runs a fine team of colleagues who are infected by the same commitment to serving the public and providing a proudly South African environment. THANK-YOU Colin and Col'Cacchio for keeping on keeping on!!! We salute you
