To whom it may concern
I would like to compliment and apologise to Josephine at the same time. Firstly to compliment u on the way u dealt with a very unreasonable client and secondly to apologise for the unreasonable behaviour. We as clients or consumers think we have the right to act like we do when things don't go our way! Jospehine to u in paticular I wanna say I really am sorry for the way I spoke to u over two lousy pieces of chicken that wasn't packed in! The way u handled the situation was truly amazing!
I really wanna ask ur manager to make u the staff member of the month or even year if possible because through ur reaction somehow I realised how much u staff members have to go through every day!
I somehow hope that u get to see this message and once again I apologise for the position I put u in! May bless u for teaching me this lesson and may ur manager see the quality he has in his store not just with u but with each one of his team members at KFC Rifle Range.
