On monday August 19th I contacted Tsibo screens via there website to gain a quote on 100 15inch IDEA brand screens. A consultant by the name of Bongani Nkosi sent me a quotation stating that upon a 50 percent deposit, my order would be dispatched the same day the monies reflected. I deposited the monies and waited for delivery. A lady named Julia then phoned to inform me that I had to deposit the full amount as I was a new client and there was no way they could guarantee that I would pay the rest of the monies upon delivery. I then paid the balance of the monies and have been kept waiting for the past 2 weeks for my order. Everyday it is a battle to get through to tsibo screens because there phones continue to ring unanswered or go to voicemail. Even emails go unreplied to for days. Bongani and his assistant Joseph as well as the driver Micheal have all been stringing me along with as to the delays of the delivery of my order.
I have had to apologise profusely to my client everyday for the unexpected delays that tsibo screens have not delivered my order and am now disgusted to be depicted as a unreliable supplier to my client.
