I flew with KLM to Amsterdam and then Barcelona on the 18th of August 2013 I decided to fly with them to give them a try. I booked 3 tickets for myself, wife and 3 year old child and this was a horrible experience. I noticed as we flew that our screens were not working and only ours for some strange reason so I ask the air hostess to please have a look at it she checked and didnt come back to me and ignored me then I asked another air hostess and she said she would reset something and still screens were not working this was a nightmare as I had a child with me so my expereince was not pleasent at all the whole trip and they failed to help me in anyway. Surely this is a breach of contract as the screens in working order is something that you advertise for your customers. Then to make things worse my childs stroller was damaged as I arrived in Barcelona. Really dissapointed at this service.
