Refund outstanding

From the 12 of July 2013, I have spoken to your Consultants at IEMAS explaining to them that our account is incorrect and that and amount of R2300 were incorrectly added to our account to be deducted from our salary at the end of July, I have also explained to them that due to our financial situation, we cannot afford to have that wrong amount be deducted from our salary, by which they told me that the refund would only be done on the 1st of August, today is the 5th of August, and after phoning my bank, because there is still no refund showing in my account, afther which Iemans has promised me that the transfer was done on Friday the 2nd of August, I have also explainded to them that we are under debt counceling and every cent counts for us, this whole weekend we were sitting at home waiting for the money to show in our account, having no food to eat, because this money is part of our food money that was wrongley deducted. but I can tell you one thing, was this me owing you money you would have phone every 5 minutes for your money, what am I going to give my children to eat today??? And I am sure your consultants earn a great salary as they have sarcastic comments.
