Without working charger for my laptop for 9 days!!

I contacted Acer last week Monday regarding a faulty charger for my laptop and they promised to get one to me by last Tuesday, have still not received it and require my laptop for Advanced ICD 10 coding course I am doing and now have 2 assignments overdue for a course I am paying R17 000 for!!! My serial number is NXV7VEA0142500F7421601 and case ID 7452773S.
