The customer definitely comes last at ACER

I bought a tablet from an FNB deal. The very first week the laptop OS crashed. I got in contact with FNB and they referred me to ACER. They kept making promises of when they would pick up my laptop from my work and they kept postponing, without informing me. It got so bad that i contacted digital planet myself and the lady assured me it would be picked up on the Monday (i explicitely stated that i'm not at the office on Friday). They confirmed it would be picked up Monday. So they inexplicably rock up on the day that i'm not available (the Friday), and not the Monday as promised. So had to wait until Tuesday.. Then, 2.5 weeks of repairing later, they deliver the laptop without my casing or charger. Took another week of lame excuses regarding delivery dates to finally get back my laptop with abovementioned accessories. When i opened it, it had a crack in it. When i called Acer and explained the situation, the consultant actually gave me attitude!! Today (25/07) they still haven't collected it after assuring me it would be collected and I phoned TWICE saying i'm not at the office tomorrow. They basically take your call and discard ANY request the moment you hang up.
