I recently purchased an Acer Laptop on contract via MTN. On Saturday the laptop was not charging, so I took it to MTN Pavilion, who tested and confirmed that the charger is faulty. Although I needed it replaced urgently as I had an assignment due, Acer was closed for the weekend and I phoned the call centre (0861653653) on Monday at 08h10 and spoke to Jacques, who said they were offline and would log the call once back online. At 12h10 I phoned again and they were still offline. Eventually got a call back at 14h51 asking for my address details stating I would receive a replacement the next day (Tuesday). By Tuesday 15H55 I still had not received it, phoned again, was told that it is still on its way and received an sms with a case number then only. When asked who I can contact if I still do not receive it by today lunchtime I was told not to contact them if I don't receive it by 4pm. Honestly, your lack of efficient service is shocking, Acer.
