I recharged with R30 airtime on Cell C, I bought a 100mb data bundle. When i went to check my available balance, Which should have been R15-00, I see i have R0-00 left, I phoned Cell C to find out where my airtime went, And they told me ive been subscribed to Smsnet-sa without my permission, They my R15-00 Airtime without my concent, I want a refund and a apology for it or ill be contacting CPA.
