Printer replacement

A component of my printer Lexmark failed whilst still under warranty. Phoned help line spoke to a woman by the name of May who was not interested. A couple of days later phoned once again and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Rhee who was absolutely outstanding in his assistance. Within 4 days I received my replacement printer delivered by courier. That is what I call outstanding service for which I wish to thank Lexmark
