Not really a complaint, more of a suggestion.
I wrote a report a couple weeks back about Vodacom Chatz. In the report I stated that the owner of the shop was being r a c i s t only to have the word deleted with s.
I understand that this is a word that is often misused in South Africa, but in my case it is true (the owner referred to Vodacom staff as "monkeys". As a result of the word being deleted with stars, it gives the impression that I was being abusive and as a result Chatz has not responded to my complaint.
Please reconsider the words that are being censored on your site. We're all grown ups here, and if a comment can be proved to be abusive, then surely it can be reported by the retailer and taken down?
