I have handed in my laptop to Rivonia LetmeRepair on the 13 feb 2013 and i have still not recieved it back? All i wanted was for my charger to be replaced, and the 7 to 14 day turn around time seems to have extened without any contact from you guys. Its been over a month and after numerous calls to you and many promises made by your call centre on getting back to me i have had enough of this. If i had ordered the part online it would have been delivered to me by now from Asus in the uk. Clearly LetmeRepair has no values when it comes to service. I expect feedback on this matter within 48 hours if not i will lay a charge of against LetmeRepair, because this is how far many people have to go to to get a simple answer from such an incompetent organisation.
