Went into store wanting to buy x box games, chose what I wanted for my son and upon wanting to pay was told that you buy this as is. I said can somebody then please test the games and I was told no. I asked to speak to owner and he was called. I asked him can I please have the games tested and he said no, I asked what happens if they are faulty to be told If you don't like my policy then don't buy from me. I said that I have dealt with the Pinetown branch on many occasions and I feel that this is not right as you want me to but games worth hundreds of rands and will not test or guarantee them. I was then told by him it is software and nobody guarantees software and if I don't like it to leave. I left and will never deal with any branch after this experience. I now see why the branches are closing so fast, no manners and bad attitude.
