Street Fever Vangate Mall & Head Office/Customer complaints
Extreme poor service

I went to Street Fever Vangate and proceeded to purchase a few items. pairs of sneakers and a jacket. Unfortunately my Edgars RCS card declined through no fault of mine. Back and forth for 3 days only to discover the merchant is meant to call the helpline when an issue such as this arise. The guy whom I assume is the manager flatly refused. He even refused to call another branch to find out if there was a similar problem on their end. I ended up calling the Edgars helpline, RCS helpline, Street Fever Canal walk and I mailed head office and the customercare service. No response since 30 September2021. how do these people account for this. The guy at Vangate is called Mr. T. his attitude sucks. The one person who was extremely helpfull was denied authority to assist further. His name is Mansoor. he was great.
