I am totally disgusted with the service I received from Woolworths in Vangate mall, I bought a dress in canal walk a few days back on my account, but the dress was too big. I took the dress back to Woolworths Vangate mall and was totally honest and told the girl i cannot find the slip but i bought it on my account, she then called a supervisor, the two of them told me they cannot refund the dress i must go back to canal walk! as I need proof of purchase, i told her she can check on my account, and i was told no I have to go back to canal walk. I was fuming as I stay in Athlone and do not always have the time to go to canal walk. I find this kind of service utterly disgusting as I once went to return a shoe at Foschini in Vangate which I also bought in canal walk and they took it back without any questions!
