I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra 1.8gls. At the begining of January 2013 i noticed that the "leather" on the steering was peeling and that the exhaust has a noisy rattle. I booked the car in at Hyundai strydom park. They had the car checked and told me that i must fetch the car because they do not have the parts available. I was told that i would get a call anytime between 3days and 2weeks. Its been 4 weeks now and still no response. When i fetched the car the car had a grease hand print on the door post which i only noticed once i left. I bought this car thinking I was getting 'value for money' and also because it was car of the year but instead i got R240000 worth of regrets and the worst possible service. I am embarrassed to drive the car around. I hope that this problem is sorted out soon.
