My car was overheating so I took it to Hyundai Strydom Park. What was supposed to be a 2 week repair has escalated to FIVE weeks. When i phone, no calls are returned and I'm given the run around. They refuse to get me a loan car, never bothered to phone and keep me updated of the situation. I had to go there in person to speak to the dealer principal. He also never contacted me after promising he will investigate and get back to me. I've been without a car for almost FIVE weeks now. Last time I, my friends or family will EVER buy a Hyundai after seeing my frustration. In fact my sister was going to buy a IX35 but ended up buying a Kia Sorento after seeing the ordeal I've had to put up with. WIll NEVER buy another Hyundai EVER.
