Received my car back from Denttech with a "repaired" and re sprayed back bumper after a rear ending. You could still see the dent through the appalling paint job. The plastics had red paint spray all over.
Denttech also sprayed my boot with a blind fold on the first time as there was paint on the plastics on my number plate and left over spray all over the place. The paint started peeling after only a month!!! Took my car back to them to replace the back bumper and respray my boot. Got it back this morning with the paint on the bumper being smudged.
After taking my car back first thing in the morning, I was told I would get a call from them mid afternoon to collect, after phoning them at 5pm, I was told to fetch my car at 7:30pm at evening as they still had to clean and polish the car. Polish left on the plastics same as the first time. 2.5 hours to wash and polish a car???
So lets sum up my experience with Denttech- Overall workmanship is not up to standard. I will not be sending my car back to them to fix the paint smudge. I will be taking it to a company that is serious about their work.
