On the 29/04/2013 at 05:09 pm I went went to Bp El corro petrol station to fill petrol on my car. I was assisted by Elderly petrol attendance whom always gives an exceptional service. i requested him to pour unleaded 95 for R200. before he poured we both checked the petrol gauge and it was sitting on 1 bar as I am driving renault cleo 3. then he poured the petrol for R200, the petrol gauge was still on the 1st bar it did not move up. the elderly petrol attendance asked me to switch the car on & off, still the gauge did not move. then professionally he refered the matter to Rodney who is suppose to be the supervisor. Rodney the manor of approach was not professional, i explained to him the incident calm, his respond was there was nothing he can do i must come the following day when his "BOSS" is around. I refused cause I have already paid and what if i get stuck on my way with that 1 bar i had. then Rodney told me to drive around come back to check if the gauge won't go up, as we talking another petrol attendence came out off no where and said to in my languege zulu, said "you customer like mourning" still Rodney did not put his staff in order and continued talking
