I Would like to raise my dissatisfation with Engen located in Lonehill, the Petrol attendant called Authur saw me going to my purse to take out cash before i asked him to put petrol for R80, my car was empty, i disnt look to see if the petrol indicators where moving from his side all i saw was R80, i paid - didnt ask for the receipt seeing i normally pour my fuel there, so my amazement i drove home for about 5km the petrol gauge didnt move up, it kept on going down.
i went back to the station the following day, confronted him, but he denied it, i spoke to the supervisor and ultimately he said he'll look into the camera.
my dissatisfaction is how the matter was handle, he didnt even offer to take my number to get back to me.
Im a full engen supporter because of my ebuck point but right now i feel like i dont care anymore. bad bad bad service!!! sies!!! what if i got stuck in the middle of the road at night thinking i have fuel --- its not nice.
