My 2month old car BMW M135i has been in for a broken water pipe for over 2 weeks now. My brand new car broke down and a flat bed came to tow. This problem first happened 4 days after I took delivery but was assured it was a software problem and that it was fixed. I have phoned the dealership countless times and no one can tell me when it will be ready. I then called BMW South Africa and spoke to someone in customer services. They told me that the service from the dealership is unacceptable and that she will come back to me today 29th April 2013 with feedback.
No one has yet to come back to me.
