GWM Purchase Disaste

I purchase a GWM Steed 5 from GWM Montana on the 27th July 2013, from the first day I experienced problems with the service rendered to me by the dealership.

The first problem I experienced was that my speedometer was not connected on delivery.
The second problem was experienced by my wife on the first Thursday after the 27th of July. she got stuck on the roadside because the terminals on the battery was not secured by the garage, I could not understood how it could have passed the PDI.

Both the above was immediately reported to Brain at the dealership.

about a week later the panel between the two front seats completely broke off. The vehicle was then taken back to the dealership where pictures was taken and I completed a warranty claim form.

Then GWM ignored my requests. The just went completely quiet. I have to phone them on Thursday the 5th of September 2013 (12:53) to acquire when the faulty item will be replaced. The lady told me that nothing happened in the meantime, but she would follow up and phoned me back about the status of my enquiry.

It is now already Monday without any feedback or answer about this replacement.
