I was in an accident on the 2nd of March. On the 23rd of March my car went to TC Panelbeaters, and I was told it would take 10-15 working days.By working day 11 there were still no parts (how this is possible for a VW Polo, I fail to understand). I was forced to phone my insurance (Auto and General) to try and speed things up, which they did admirably, but it seems that Bluespec couldn't be bothered to take responsibility for its members as they still haven't responded to my complaints. I've been getting the runaround from TC Panelbeaters even after the insurance tried to get them to hurry things up, and their service people are rude and uncooperative, as if I'm wasting their time when it's the other way around. I have now been without my car for 2 months, and for the majority of that I've been waiting for the panelbeaters to repair it. I phone every day for a progress report, and each time I'm greeted with uhms and aahs, and the different story as to what's happening with the car. All I want is my car back, but it seems no one's willing to give it to me. I'm seriously considering laying a charge of as it seems that I'll never get my car back at this rate.
