I now understand why i was told that i am brave when i mentioned that i am a budget insurance client, the service is appalling to say the least. I was involved in an accident and my car was taken to a Budget insurance yard after-which was taken to TC Panelbeaters where it took over a month to repair it claiming that they were awaiting parts. I then realised that some things were replaced which were not even damaged or even around the damages caused by the accident. i then took it back for corrections and yet again, the vehicle is still not properly repaired. I raised the matter with Budget and they expect me to take my car back to this incompetent, unreliable and unprofessional Panel beaters for the third time now and even worse, no one from Budget is taking the time to ensure this is done ASAP. I am definitely taking this up with the Ombudsman. I will not take my vehicle for the third time to the same place, if they failed to repair it twice, what good will they do. My vehicle will end up being stripped to pieces.
