Service couldn't get any worse

My car was and recovered on the 6th of October 2013. There was only interior damage. It was at Dent Doctor since the 10th October. Thanks to insurance, DentDoc could only start working on my car on the 18th. They said waiting for parts is to be expected and once they arrive it should take two weeks to fix. All parts arrived by the 21st Nov. It is now the 7th of January and they cant even tell me where it is! VW said they sent it back to the panel beaters on the 29th Dec. (they had to re-code). Yesterday, panelbeaters said it was STILL at VW and when I told them it wasnt, he said, "I'll check in the yard and get back to you" since it is the following day (and late afternoon), I felt he had ample time to go look for a car in his own shop; so I phoned to find out whats happened and he says "I havent looked yet." - What kind of service is that??? First of all, HUGE delays in fixing my car, never keeping to schedule. Then after sitting with paying for a car/insurance for almost 3 MONTHS that I dont even use, its apparently been fixed since the 29th! yet no-one knows its even back at the panelbeaters, nor has anyone told me to come pick it up. Disgusting! Never again
