Where do I start?! We drive the old and a new model Sportage.
We had them install a clutch kit on the old sportage and got it back making a loader noise when driving than usual. We took the car back. First was told nothing is wrong, then after insisting that they take it out again, it was discovered that the silencing disc was never inserted again. That caused the noise. Fine, any one can make a mistake, but they acted as if they did nothing wrong.
Friday 26 April 2013 we took in the new sportage for a tow bar because we are going on holiday with the caravan for the week. We were supposed to leave this morning (Sunday 28 April 2013), but when testing the indicators and break lights discovered that there is no response on the caravan. The wiring on the tow bar wasn't done correctly!!! We know there is nothing wrong with the caravan's wiring as it works with the other sportage.
This week has already been payed for at the resort and now we are stuck trying to get hold of someone from Kia Potchefstroom. Everytime we complain about something, they have a real snotty attitude.
This is absolute!
