Since im unable to get helpful response and proper action i would like to bring this matter under your attention. On 40 000 km my new Kia Sportage started to make a noise in the engine and i took it to Kia Lydenburg. They said it was the aircon pump and replace it. Still the problem persisted. Took it back and they changed the tensioner. Still it was doing the same. They told me to get a 2nd opinion from Kia Nelspruit as i did and they changed another tensioner. Problem not resolved. They told me to leave the car with them and they gave me a courtesy car Hyundai 120 witch doesn't satisfy my needs. Charl from nelspruit phoned me and told me my flywheel was faulty and that they will replace it. Two weeks later he phoned me again and said there's a problem with my clutch and that i had to pay for it whitch is R12000.Under investigating i found that i faulty flywheel can damaged a clutch. I dont feel responsible for paying because still its a new car under warranty and i have an additional maintenance plan. According to Charl Kia headoffice and the maintenance plan disapproved the parts needed to fix my car. Its more than a month and this matter is still not resolved. Very unprofessional service!!!
