My vehicle was taken to Cargo M2 City 6weeks ago to order a key, on arrival they were supplied with a copy of my ID, Natis of my car and a affidavit giving permission all certified as requested. Estimated time i was given is that it should not take any longer than 10 working days. after the 3rd week i gave them a courtesy call as i have not received a call from them and i was told that i should come in hoping all is sorted. I was there on the 15/04/2013 after being sent from pillar to post as nobody knew where my car was or who was dealing with the file I found my car in the back yard full of dust under a net (FURIOUS). It was brought to my knowledge that nothing was done, I had to then get all necessary docs again which i done immediately so that the key could be ordered just to find out Vishani Pillay (service adviser) had all the docs that was supplied when the car was brought in. She promised that they would order the key ASAP and i can expect it done no later than Friday 26/04/2013. No one has contacted me since so i made a call on the 25/04/2013 to Vishani and she casually said: "U WOULD BE LUCKY IF U GET YOUR CAR BACK ON THE 07/05/2013"
Now i would have to wait another 2weeks
