I recently took my Amarok for a problem/sound coming from underneath the vehicle and having gearing problems. The service I got from the Service Manager (Amanda) and her team Christy, JJ and Jan was excellent. They showed professionalism, good attitude and could relate to my problem. The technical ability of JJ and Jan was excellent as they continuously communicated with me what the problem was and what the next steps would be. What turned out as a very stressful situation was made extremely easier by this team by their overall approach and being customer centric. Thank you for your good service! It is much appreciated.
