I need to cancel this transaction as the service was never rendered.
On the 20th my car broke down on the N3 highway /- 5km passed the Cato Ridge turn off, I phoned the AA to get help. Theof March road was extremely busy and we were frantic. It was dark and to be frank, I was scared.
I was told I needed to pay first before the AA would send a tow truck. I obliged and gave my details. The driver also needed to become a member, not just me, who owns the vehicle so all in all it came to R1670.
Several calls to a fro... Promises from AA and the tow truck company... Hours next to the highway...
Eventually I got helped by a friend!
We still have not seen anything or anyone from the tow truck company.
On the Saturday, I got a call to ask me how the service was... I'm asking the AA, what service?
I have reported this to the AA, twice, and nobody has gotten back to me!
To be honest, I would like to cancel my entire subscription and get my money back and I don't want to listen to anymore empty promises.
