Havent received my tent or refund

I bought a tent for my wedding on 30 October 2013. Shireen told me it would be ready for delivery within 3 days, and that was the last i heard form her. a week went by and i started getting worried so i emailed basically everyday with no response. i called and i she never picked up my calls.

My wedding was on 30 November so as the days got closer i got worried. I called and as i was expressing my concerns she put the phone down whilst i was speaking. I asked my Fiance To call them and Shireen also cut the phone on him. Once I asked to speak to Shireen and the receptionist shouted for her, she refused to take the call and they all started laughing, then the receptionist got back on and said she was out on lunch (at 11:05). I asked to Speak to her boss and she said hold on and suddenly the receptionist was boss now. I told her i heard the giggling at the back ground and that it wasnt proffessinal of them.

Then before they went on leave in december Shireen finally responds one to one my many emails and says they will give me back my R78, 999, when they sell the tent. I havent been able to get a reply from them this year yet. what am i doing wrong? Now i just want my money back.
