I herewith formally lodge my concerns regarding the lack of service efficiency provided by the receptionist at Edgars in Canal Walk. After 3 unsuccessful attempts in trying to get hold of one of the departments, Madenia quite arrogantly advised that there is NOTHING she can do and only transfers calls. I find it quite disturbing that Edgars reception does not even have the decency to apologise for keeping me on the line for approximately 5 minutes and still not being able to get any assistance. The mere fact that I seemed disgruntled annoyed this receptionist even more and very enthusiastically transfered me to her superior.
As with all other attempts to speak to ANYONE for assistance, the so called transfer to the manager was yet another meaningless task by their receptionist.
Thank you for making my shopping experience so much more pleasurable.
