Today (26/04/2013) I had to Tow my vehicle to Renault midrand, wich is on the same property as nissan midrand.
they have a pressure operateted boom gate, and when i went in with the 1st vehicle the gate closed between the 2 cars, so one car is inside and the car being towed was stuck outside.
There was a couple of Nissan employees standing by the gate, so I asked the one (joe) to go and find somone to open the gate please, and he looked at me and said I have to go call the manager to open, so I told him that I am a customer and he is an employee so he can go get someone as I am not prepared to leave my car unattended at the gate (by this time the traffic was buildin up at the gate)
He said to me (and I qoute) " I dont give a sh, i work for nissan and not for renault, and I am not a security gaurd, you can go call someone yourself"
REALLY??? Is that the way they are supposed to treat customers?
I am prepared to take this to the highest level, and I expect feedback as to what action was taken against joe.
