JMC Auto Deal Justus sold me a Kia K2700 everything he did I was charged, the total cost was R4500-00 road fee & delivery & R5700-00 for an invalid warranty
Justus held onto the R5700-00 motor warranty book because he wangle the sale of the Kia by being dishonest with Standard Bank so that I could pay my deposit in 3 installments to him himself.
After the first month I had slight problems with the Kia and my driver took the Kia in to be repaired and & on my behalf asked for my warranty book.
I did not appreciate the fact that Justus discussed my financial business with my driver. With Justus holding back the warranty book it caused the warranty to be invalid due to me not knowing I had to have it serviced at Kia dealer or another approved service provider within 30 days of the purchase of the bakkie.
I received a refund of R3700-00 back from Motorite; they told me that was the cost of the warranty. JMC Auto Deal must refund the balance as they had added R2000-00 onto the warranty sold to me.
JMC Auto Deal will not be honest or reply to my questions for the refund of R2000-00 & they themself were the cause of the warranty being invalid
