Vehicle went in for minor repairs (after waiting 1 months for an appointment)
Was told the work would take 8 working days. Two weeks later I started calling and was blatantly to daily.
"Your car will be ready tomorrow"
"we had a power failure"
"paint reacted badly on certain parts and had to be redone"
"we will personally deliver your car tomorrow"
AFTER AFTER LIE!!!
After 25 days I asked my insurers if they could help me get my vehicle back. In the meantime I was dependant on a rental to get around. When I finally got my car back my GPS charger which was in the ashtray compartment was missing. Obviously no one had any idea whats happened to it and also offered no apology whatsoever.
The most shockingly unprofessional service I have ever received. Probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had with a business!!!
