I have lost all interest due to such pathetic customer service... booked and requested a test drive of the new Mercedes A-Class on the website almost a week ago... no phone call, SMS or Email to say anything! A disgrace... oh well - guess I will just have to stay a BMW fan and stuff the "star" ;o)
