Pathetic service

My Nissan Navara has bee at this branch since September last year now going for eight months. From September to December I battled with Innovations group to pay me out the amount quoted by Nissan for a new engine R137 000, finally offered me R90 000 after initially offering me R12 000. Before accepting the offer I called Clint and Krishen who works in the service department, I communicated what the offer was and asked them will they accept that for a new engine they agreed if I paid in a difference of R10 500 to which I agreed.By the end of Jan I was told that Nissan South Africa did not have any complete engine in stock but they where checking for a sub assembly.By the end of February I was advised that there were no sub assemblies, they eventually decided to get separate parts. The block arrived in March. Just to summarize the vehicle was given back to me with old engine parts, the "new engine" has been stripped twice and still is sub-standard. Manager is on leave Krishen denies everything and Trevor told me he would sort it out even if it meant replacing the engine, that was a lie! Dishonest incompetent staff @ Nissan Umhlanga Gateway.
